Who is harming me (name of wo/man) and claiming they have the right over me and or my property.
STEP 2
SEND THAT WO/MAN AFFIDAVITS
Send that man or woman:
4. Get Documents Noterized
5. Mail Registered or Certified Mail

WAIT 10 DAYS
1. Wait 10 days to see if the wo/man sends a rebuttal of some kind. Most do not respond. So on to step 4.

FILE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT
File a Citizens Criminal Complaint with each:
3. Local FBI SAIC ( Special Agent In Charge)
4. SEND SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED

FILE FEDERAL CLAIM
1. File Federal Claim in US District Court.

2. Fill out Claim:

3. TWO WAYS TO FILE:
a. In Person
4. Wait 21 days for a reply
Possible responses could be many different things ex; a motion to dismiss, a summary of judgment, extension to reply, etc.
